Present Share lets you show PDFs, Word documents, and text files in your audience’s browsers. Invite up to 25 viewers on phones, tablets, or computers, and control which page they see.
How it works
Open your document. Load a file in the presenter studio. Original files stay on your device.
Invite your audience. Start a session and share its code or QR code. Viewers enter their names, and you approve each person.
Test, then present. Select Test connection before showing a page. Turn pages or hide the shared view whenever you need to.
Private, presenter-controlled viewing
Only the pages you choose to show are sent as images over encrypted connections. Original documents are not uploaded to a server. Viewers can still take screenshots of pages they receive.
Use Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot
The presenter and viewers can use the same network or different networks. Internet access is needed to load the app and establish connections. Some firewalls or mobile networks may block direct connections, so test before presenting.
